60 Hour Broker Post-License Course Options
Florida Real Estate Brokers must complete 60 hours of post-license education within their first renewal period. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in your license going Null and Void. Additionally, a Broker could revert (by request) to a Sales Associate within six months.
