From pre-license and post-license education to exam prep and continuing education, our instructors focus on practical instruction, clear explanations, and helping students succeed both on the state exam and in their real estate careers.
OUR INSTRUCTORS
Bill Christen
Bill has been in the real estate industry his whole life. He worked for his father in the 80’s and 90’s as an Appraiser, becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2004. He completed 1000’s of appraisals over the years and is an expert in valuation.
Bill also has a Florida Home Inspection License, a Florida Broker’s License, and a Florida Title Insurance License. Bill has been involved in 1000’s of Real Estate transactions in his lifetime. Bill has been teaching real estate for the past 10 years and has taught the Pre-License Courses to 1000’s of Sales Associates and Broker candidates.
He is highly regarded in the field of real estate education and was previously the Education Manager for a large Real Estate School and oversaw 60 instructors. Bill has served as an Expert Witness in real estate-related litigation.
In his free time, Bill spends time with his wife and their 2 cats, Boo and Joy.
